- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When collecting medication for my wife, which were owed due to insufficient stock previously, I was presented with two prescriptions to sign. I am very used to completing the rear of these to confirm the exemption certificate etc. I dared to check the front of the forms to see that the name, address and items were correct and got "told off". I had ticked each item off and was told some sort of rule had been broken. The assistant then accused me of refusing to complete the rear and sign it - which I had not. The pharmacist then came to the desk and said it didn't matter any way as they could sign it. Complete waste of time trying to have a sensible discussion. Moving to another pharmacy.
