- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Whilst it is a very well presented store, we found many of the products over priced, especially ornaments and plants. We have also had an unfortunate experience with a £20 fish that we purchased which died within 12 hours. When returning the fish for a refund we the usual water tests were performed, the young man who performed the tests assured us that the results were fine and perhaps it was stress that killed the the little guy. He went to double check with the manager, at which point his story changed to our water quality (we could see the tests and whilst the nitrates were a touch high, it wasn't enough to have killed him) was awful and he changed his explanation three or four times, basically trying to bulls**t us. Unfortunately they weren't prepared to refund us the £20 so we left and will not be using this store again.
