- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have probably called this surgery 6 times in the last 2 weeks. Not once have they picked up within 2 minutes of the phone ringing. Finally got through after 3:42 minutes of ringing, all I wanted was to confirm appointment time as I had not received a confirmation email or text, which I signed up fir. The Pharmacy has lost my prescription 3 times since I joined. Wait times are verging on ridiculous, last time I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, and this is good for them.
