- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have nothing good to say about this dental practice. On more than one occasion I have been stood at reception on arrival and been ignored for literally 2 to 3 minutes. On one occasion for a 9am appointment there were 5 people behind reception. Not one made eye contact or acknowledged my existence for a considerable time. At this appointment, the first of the day, someone was seen before me. As for the dentist herself, (I can only speak for the woman downstairs) she is so rude. From my first appointment, where she made me feel like I was an annoyance, to the last where due to a fuse blowing in the room she examined my teeth with the only the ceiling lights for a mere few seconds. I have a loose front tooth and we had talked about having a dental implant. On my last appointment as i was being ushered out the door i reminded her of this and she said only a denture was possible and my tooth wasn't that loose anyway.by Anthony BlountApril 15, 2017
